提名 for the awards listed below are appreciated. Nomination forms can be downloaded using the links to the right under "应用程序". All nominations will be presented to the 奖s Committee and must be in the Association office by October 25th by 5:00 pm.

REALTOR®年度大奖

Candidate must hold REALTOR® 成员ship in an Association of REALTORS® from October 1st of the previous year to September 30th of the current year (the qualifying period) and be a 成员 of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association at the time of nomination. Factors taken into consideration include REALTOR® spirit, 公民活动, and business accomplishments.

年度立博体育赛事奖

This award was created in 1991 to be given to the Affiliate 成员 of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association who has made the greatest contribution of time, energy and resource to the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in the calendar year.

Brand Ambassador of the Year 奖

The Brand Ambassador of the Year award is presented to the 成员 who has elevated visibility of the Atlanta REALTORS® brand through education, 媒体, conversations encouraging ARA 成员ship, 宣传, 或者委员会的参与. 

E.A. •艾萨克森奖

E.A. Isakson Leadership 奖 was created for the purpose of recognizing an industry leader, 成员, or 成员s of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association who has or have demonstrated through initiative and leadership actions, which brought a significant change, resulting in a lasting benefit to the 成员ship, the community and/or our profession.

好邻居奖

The award annually honors the Atlanta REALTORS® Association 成员 whose ongoing efforts are making exceptional contributions to improve the quality of life in their community. Among the activities that qualify for consideration are involvement in improving the quality of education in an area, supporting initiatives aimed at a community's youth, and work on any other community-based program(s).

Criteria includes that a transaction be outstanding, 值得注意的, and show the most initiative, 聪明才智, 创意, 建设性, 想象力, 和能力. The size or consideration of the transaction shall not be of special importance.

Sally Washburn Lifetime Achievement 奖

This award was created for the purpose of recognizing an Atlanta Association 成员 in good standing, who has demonstrated excellence through a minimum of twenty (20) years of active participation and service to the REALTORS® Association, 它的成员, and the real estate industry.

青年成就奖

This award is given to a REALTOR® under the age of 40 who has exhibited a strong commitment to our industry through involvement in the Association, 专业的优秀, Political Advocacy and Community Involvement during the qualifying year.
